Andrew is currently:
Chairman/Chief Creative Officer and Founder of Petch & Partners. Starting the agency in January 2017 with no clients – but a strong creative conviction – and in three short years they rose to become - Campaign Brief’s The Work 2020 Number 2 most awarded agency in Australasia - thanks to metals collected at One Show, New York Festivals, Clio, Ad Fest and Ad Stars - off clients they won against agencies 10 x their size - including Dole Fruits, Krispy Kreme, Nestle, Vivo Mobile Phones, Hilton Hotels, Resorts World, Max’s Restaurants and Smart Telecommunications,
Prior to that, Andrew was:

Andrew has won at all international award shows including:
Grand Prix at the New York Festivals, 3 Gold Lions and 1 Titanium Shortlist at Cannes, 3 Gold Clio, 2 Gold London International Awards, Silvers at One Show, 1 Graphite and 4 Wood Pencils at D&AD, 2 Gold Eurobest, Gold BTAA (British Television Advertising Awards, 2 Best of Show, 3 Gold at ADFest Awards, 6 Gold at Spikes Asia Awards and 2 Gold at AWARD awards. And had 3 campaigns in Campaign Brief Australasia’s Campaigns of the Decade. And a campaign named in the Top 20 of the ‘Shots UK - 100 Greatest Ads of all time DVD’ issue.
Andrew has also won ‘Creative Agency of the Year’ titles with 3 of the 4 agencies he’s creatively led/or part of the creative leadership. And with Saatchi & Saatchi, Andrew led one of the of the offices under his remit - Saatchi & Saatchi Philippines - from 156 most creatively awarded office in the network to number 3 most creatively awarded office.
Andrew has also created many firsts as far as the style of work he’s produced. Examples of these include…
1. A first-of-its-kind tourist attraction called ‘Cinema Roulette’; in which each seat in the cinema was a number on a roulette table and audience members could win 1 million just by sitting in the seat that the ball falls into via a display on the screen. (Resorts World Manila Casino)
2. A radio station that airs nothing but static to give babies a sound sleep. (Pampers Diapers)
3. An Energy Playground that turns kids physical energy into electrical energy to power its surrounding community. (Kraft Tiger Energy Biscuits)
4. Making a Nation’s Olympic Team’s national flag from the shirts of the Philippine people, which they carried at 2012 London Olympics. (Ariel Color Washing Powder)
5. And creating a 9-episode transmedia TV series the blurred the lines between reality and fiction by getting the lead actress and cast to star as themselves and use their online properties to bring the plot into the real world. (TV5)
As an Australian creative leader working across Australia, US, Europe and Asia, Andrew has been able to successfully understand and work with different Country cultures (and Agency cultures) to connect with colleagues and teams to inspire, lead and develop them to create globally creatively awarded and effective campaigns. And likewise with clients to create relationships and build trust to buy such creative campaigns.
